Privacy Policy

TT Tracker and CZ TT Tracker (together, "TT Tracker") are browser extensions built by an independent developer, Alex Dymov, to make table tennis tournament and league websites easier to use. This page explains what data each extension can see, what we do with it, and what we never do. If anything here is unclear, email alex.dymov@gmail.com.
What data each extension can access
TT Tracker (for worldtabletennis.com and the ITTF results sites) only runs on those sites. If you are logged in to worldtabletennis.com, it reads your account ID and email address directly from that page — the same way the WTT site itself uses them — so it can call WTT's own public API and show your list of favorite players with highlighting. TT Tracker never sees your WTT password, and it doesn't run on any other website.
CZ TT Tracker (for stis.ping-pong.cz and pinecarena.cz) does not read any account information. It only reads publicly visible tournament, match, player, and ranking data already shown on those pages, so it can redesign tables, add filters, and build the dark theme. When you use the iCal export feature, it fetches the match schedule from stis.ping-pong.cz using your existing browser session for that site, purely to build the calendar file you asked for.
Where that data is stored
Everything TT Tracker reads is kept in your browser's own extension storage. Your WTT favorites, account ID, and email are saved using the browser's storage.sync feature, which is provided by your browser vendor (e.g. your Google or Microsoft account) so your favorites follow you between your own signed-in devices — we don't operate a server that stores it, and we never see it ourselves. CZ TT Tracker doesn't store any personal data at all; iCal files are generated in your browser and saved directly to your device.
What we don't do
- We don't run any analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising code inside either extension. - We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. - We don't have a backend server of our own — every request an extension makes goes straight from your browser to the official WTT, ITTF, or STIS/Pinec Arena site or API you're already using.
Permissions we request, in plain language
storage — to save your settings and, for TT Tracker, your favorite players. scripting, activeTab, and tabs — to add the enhancements described above to the pages you visit. Host permissions for worldtabletennis.com, the WTT API domains, stis.ping-pong.cz, and pinecarena.cz — so the extension only ever runs on the sites it's built for, nowhere else. declarativeNetRequest — used only to attach a standard Referer header to TT Tracker's own calls to WTT's API; it is not used to block, redirect, or monitor your browsing. alarms and notifications are requested for planned match-reminder features that aren't active yet, so nothing is scheduled or shown today.
Third-party services
Uninstalling either extension opens an optional feedback survey hosted by Formbricks; no personal data is included in that link, and filling it out is entirely voluntary. This website, tttracker.app, uses privacy-friendly Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to see aggregate, anonymized traffic and performance — it does not track you individually or set advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can remove all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing its storage from your browser's extension settings. Because your WTT favorites sync through your browser account, signing out of that account or turning off sync for extensions will also stop them from following you between devices.
Children's privacy
TT Tracker is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the extensions after a change means you accept the update.
